I didn't feel it until August when all of the conversations were beginning with the classroom teachers. I have been taking running records, analyzing and determining what the children's strengths and needs are for 22 years. It's just a transition. I am not good at transitions. :) You wouldn't think that since I never stay in one place longer than 5 years (unintentionally). :) It was just a feeling though and after my attitude adjustment, I feel very differently. I am excited and for the first time in a long time, I feel renewed. I am so excited for what is to come and all of the possibilities!!! :) Debbie Lhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02751973494005326514noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7397755700982317970.post-36827948797167280702016-08-19T19:40:16.555-07:002016-08-19T19:40:16.555-07:00Debbie,

Isn't that how it often goes. I was a bit surprised to hear you thought of this as being benched as when I heard about it I considered it having all walls removed. Oh, the possibility. I see your strong literacy background to be an asset in this role. We can't inquire, make, or discover without utilizing our literacy skills. I will be following your journey and cheering you on all the way.

CathyCathyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08233792477358685156noreply@blogger.com
